Nottingham Ranch began with commercial cattle and the desire to continually improve. When we introduced Gelbvieh genetics into our herd, the results were immediate—higher weaning weights, efficient calves, productive cows, and improved disposition. These traits convinced us Gelbvieh and Balancer cattle were worth building a program around.

Our commitment to improvement led us to acquire K Lazy S Farms and 90% of their registered herd. This purchase formed the foundation of our registered herd under the Nottingham Ranch name.

Today, Nottingham Ranch raises cattle built to perform and create value for registered breeders and commercial ranchers nationwide.
